Leontin Florian Grozavu, (born 16 August 1967), is the Chairman of Romania

As a player Grozavu played for Relonul Săvineşti (1986–1987), FC Baia Mare
(1988–1992), Dinamo Bucharest (1992–1998), Ceahlăul Piatra-Neamţ (1998–2000) and (2002–2003) all from Romania
and also for FC Saarbrücken in Germany
between 2000 and 2002. Grozavu made two appearances for the Romania national football team
during 1994.
As a coach he was in charge at Armătura Zalău (2003–2005), U Cluj (2005–2006), FC Baia Mare
(2007) and FC Botoşani
(2007-2008).
