Letters Burning is an American rock band from Los Angeles, Ca. The band officially formed in late 2005 and played their first live show at the former B.B. Kings club at Universal City Walk in Hollywood. They released their first studio EP "...almost midnight" in 2007. In 2008 they followed up with their second studio EP "Simple Thoughts and Tragedy" produced by Sean O'Keefe
with their single "Critic's Last Stand" reaching local airplay on the World Famous KROQ

. The band released their third studio EP "Attracted to Disaster" in 2009 with "Strip Me Down" being the official single and reaching local airplay on the World Famous KROQ

shows throughout California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. In late 2010 the band released their single "Valley" on itunes which was available as two versions with one version containing a secret song titled "Lay with it". Shortly after the band earned a second spot on the Ernie Ball Stage at the 2010 Vans Warped Tour
. In 2011 the band partnered up with Los Angeles denim brand YMI Jeans and Alternative Press Magazine to create the "YMI presents Letters Burning Rock Your School Tour" which was a 40 date lunch time high school tour focusing on providing FREE performances, gifting and interacting with students. During the summer of August and September 2011 the band played a US military tour throughout Okinawa and Guam with the highlight being the opening act for Alien Ant Farm at the Hansen Festial.
They have also been compared to the bands Pierce The Veil and the Used.
