North to Broadway and from Sharp's Ridge to Woodlawn Avenue. This neighborhood also includes the Oakwood neighborhood. This neighborhood became part of Knoxville in 1917 though it had been in existence since the turn of the 20th century.

The Lincoln Park Techonology Trade Center, an alternative school, is located in this area. The buildings were formerly a part of the Knox County school system and designated as Lincoln Park Elementary School.
