Linda Strawberry is the nom de plume of a Los Angeles
singer, best known as Billy Corgan
's touring bandmate on the Future Embrace Tour. She signed to Chrysalis Records
with a publishing development deal, but announced in her blog
in October 2006 that she has since left the label, citing artistic differences. She is also known for engineering Sara McLachlan's "Afterglow" at the age of 21. She also worked with Billy Corgan and Matt Sweeney appearing on the soundtrack to the movie "Spun".
It is estimated that she completed thirty songs with various producers for her debut album. She has discussed her opinions on the turmoil going on in the music industry, and its collapse, frequently on her blog. She started her own label called "LOVELY CHAOS RECORDS" and released The Lost Record EP in August 2007 online via iTunes
