The pilot episode for the series was released on DVD on April 21, 2009, several months prior to its television premiere. The first nine episodes of the series (including the pilot) aired from January 22, 2010 to March 26, 2010. The second part of season one began on October 5, 2010; however, due to lackluster ratings, Syfy announced that they had cancelled the series on October 27, 2010. Syfy then postponed the airing of the final five episodes of the series until 2011, but the Canadian TV channel Space continued to air these episodes ahead of Syfy, with the final episode airing in Canada on November 30, 2010. The remaining episodes were released on DVD on December 21, 2010 and aired on Syfy in a burn off
marathon from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm Eastern on January 4, 2011.
