(1) – The two teams finished with identical records at the end of the regular season. York defeated Harrisburg 4–2 in a championship series. There were no formal playoffs until the 1934 season.
(2) – Championship series cancelled due to inclement weather.
(3) – Championship series cancelled. All playoffs under the auspices of the National Association of Professional Baseball Clubs were cancelled after the September 11, 2001 attacks
. Teams which were leading series at the time were declared winners, while leagues where series were tied, or had not begun, had teams declared co-champions (except New York-Penn League).
