He is not as popular as Kim and is often ridiculed by his classmates, most notably by Bonnie. A running gag in the series is that Ron often loses his pants during missions. He joined the football team in his senior year, having previously served as team mascot. He has a younger adopted sister from Japan named Hana. . He goes on nearly all missions and, due to his small size, often proves useful. Rufus's origin began long before Ron had even purchased him. At four years old, Ron had an imaginary friend named Rufus, who was, by Ron's description, "huge". Ron's father, due to allergies, would not allow Ron to have a pet with hair, so in roughly sixth grade, he visited a Smarty Mart (aisle sixteen, to be precise) where he bought Rufus. When he was first bought, Rufus's appearance more resembled that of an actual naked mole rat, being wrinkled, eyes barely open and considerably smaller. Rufus was once thought to be Experiment #607, a creature created by Dr. Jumba Jookiba & Dr. Jacques von Hamsterviel, as seen in a crossover with Disney cartoon, Lilo and Stitch: The Series. In the end however, it is confirmed that Rufus is a normal, although rather impressive, naked mole rat.
For the sake of Rufus as a character, the show ignores the reality of literal naked mole rats, who are nearly completely blind, rely upon large colony environments and specific temperatures, and cannot survive individually as pets. This has led to the disappointment of many fans who have sought a pet naked mole rat and have found that not only are they unable to be pets, but look and act very little like Rufus in real life. Rufus is generally portrayed as pink, small and light, and very agile, which proves useful time and again. He shares several things in common with his owner: his love of Bueno Nacho food (and subsequently, the Naco), his ability to eat with practically no regard to the food he is eating, sharing Ron's disgust for others, and an overall laid-back, casual attitude. However, unlike Ron, he has been known to abandon this attitude at crucial times, often using quicker thinking than his owner. Rufus tends to display frustration with Ron when he uses him in an embarrassing way, or doesn't give Rufus (or others) due credit. However, he has generally stuck by Ron in virtually every situation, and though he doesn't have the same fear, has the same overall dislike for monkeys, Rufus also communicates with Ron through a series of squeaks and hisses that Ron seems to understand.
In A Sitch In Time, a version of Rufus from the future named Rufus 3000 visits Kim, asking her help in saving the future from Shego. He refers to himself as Rufus 3000 because he is the 3000th version made of the original Rufus, now called "Rufus Prime". He displays Rufus' fondness for cookies, and asks Rufus what the meaning of life is, to which the mole rat replies, "Cheese!" Rufus 3000 is the leader of a team of genetically altered naked mole rats, who, like himself, are very muscular in appearance and capabilities. He and the original Rufus lead them against Shego and her allies in the climax of the film. Rufus 3000 appears in all three parts of A Sitch In Time ("Present", "Past" and "Future") as an information provider to Kim and occasional aid in the first two, but only assumes a main role in the final part.

Wade is a ten-year-old genius in the beginning (but now twelve in the final season) who runs Kim Possible's website, supplies her with her various gadgets, gives Kim her missions through her "Kimmunicator", arranges transportation for her, and even went on missions with Kim on rare occasions He often relays information to her, searches for information for her, and performs programming feats. Kim stated that he completed his high school and college education in eight months. He spends his time in his bedroom in his parents's house, in front of the computer with the lights off. He is a master of the role-playing game Everlot. In one episode, he developed a crush on Monique immediately after seeing her in person for the first time, leading him to create a love ray and try to force her to be his girlfriend. In the end, he learned his lesson and quickly recovered from his minor heartbreak as he gets a crush on a genius girl named Olivia sitting in Bueno Nacho, but it was clear that this didn't work out, as she had created a love ray herself, much to Wade's chagrin. Wade invented Kim's battle suit. For the first two seasons, and most of the third season, Wade is never seen outside of his room, until the episode "Team Impossible," after Team Impossible overloaded his computer system with a power spike, he personally arrived on scene, and vented on the three members of the team. In the fourth season, Wade ventured out of his room to give Kim new inventions, and on at least one occasion, to return Kim's battle suit to her, after repairs, and upgrades were made to it. Betty Director, more commonly known as Dr. Director, is the head of the worldwide espionage organization known as Global Justice (GJ). She is in charge of addressing any threats to the world that fall outside the scope of normal law enforcement groups. However, even an organization with some of the world's finest scientists, weapons and agents requires some help from time to time. And Dr. Director isn't too proud to call in reinforcements if it means the job gets done, which is where Kim Possible comes in. However, being a top secret organization, even asking for help has to be handled in a subversive way, whether it's sucking Kim into a trap door through a series of transport tubes or arranging a phony crime to lure her to a meeting site. She first introduced Kim to Global Justice in a case that led to Kim's first encounter with Duff Killigan. She later called in Kim to assess the phenomenon GJ scientists dubbed "the Ron Factor" (the basic gist being that Ron's chaotic nature was the real reason for Kim's success saving the world and Dr. Director wanted to see if GJ could harness that chaos). She has subsequently stayed behind the scenes for the most part, although Kim has had other dealings with Global Justice, usually in the form of rides to her destinations and backup on missions.
As the head of a global organization, Dr. Director has very little hands-on involvement in GJ's cases, but on the rare occasions when she's had to get her hands dirty (such as when she had to team up with Kim to fight her own twin brother, Gemini), she's proven that she can hold her own in a fight. Dr. Director is bound and determined to bring down Gemini and his organization, WEE (the Worldwide Evil Empire). But rather than a war of two tactical geniuses, their battles are really more reminiscent of a kindergarten slap fight, since their conflict is really nothing more than a case of sibling rivalry run amok. In fact, get the two of them in a room together and even Ron would most likely say that he's more mature than either of them. Dr. Director is instantly recognizable by her eyepatch, reminiscent of the Marvel Comics

Will Du

The #1 agent of Global Justice, Will Du was brought on by Dr. Director to work alongside Kim when she was recruited to rescue a former weapons researcher from Duff Killigan. This was an assignment that Will particularly resented, since he sees world saving as a "professional's" job and didn't appreciate an "amateur" like Kim horning in on what he felt was his racket. This caused Kim no end of grief, since she spent more time fighting with Will than with Killigan himself. However, they eventually managed to find a small amount of synergy, and in the end, were able to stop Killigan from turning the entire world into his own private golf course.
A consummate professional, Will takes his job as an agent of Global Justice very seriously. So seriously, in fact, he doesn't seem to realize it's a job he's not particularly good at. He is well educated and academically competent (as well as having access to all of GJ's best equipment and resources). His name is a pun on the phrase "Will do", which reflects his personality.

The Headmaster of Yamanouchi, Sensei is the traditional "wise old master" kind of character. His name can be translated to English as both “Teacher” and Master, making the title redundant. He possesses a wide range of abilities, a product of his many years of training and experience. As a martial artist, he is quite powerful, regardless of his advanced years and small stature. He also seems to possess a wide range of spiritual abilities, such as astral projection and the ability to levitate. But despite these skills, Sensei seems to prefer not involving himself directly in conflicts unless he has to.
Sensei was the one who initially arranged for Ron to be part of the transfer program to Japan, which would bring him to the Yamanouchi, in order to protect the Lotus Blade from Monkey Fist, and was the also the one who secretly arranged the adoption for Ron's new baby sister Hana, so she could be prepared for her eventual showdown with Yono the Destroyer.
Like Yori, Sensei has an unwavering confidence in Ron and his abilities and sees him as a true warrior, although this is a mindset Ron doesn't always share.

Yori is a student from the Yamanouchi and a highly skilled ninja. She first appeared in “Exchange” when she was sent to receive Ron and guide him to the Yamanouchi School, and served as a support for him during that episode, developing a strong bond with him. She later reappears in some few future episodes. Yori is usually calm, even in dangerous situations, and kind to the point of showing more concern for others than herself.
As a fighter, she is very reliable (given the fact that, in Japanese, her name means 'reliable'), but has demonstrated a preference to act as a subordinate rather than a leader, and has also shown to value teamwork much more than individuality. Yori is actually a better fighter than Kim. In one episode when a villain, Yono the Destroyer, turned Kim to stone he wasn't able to turn Yori into stone. She is also very optimistic and believes a lot in her friends. From her introduction, Yori has appeared as a strong love interest for Ron, winning his interest at first sight and gradually developing feelings for him, which were confirmed as romantics during Yori’s second appearance. However, this relationship was exiled during the series’ fourth season, since Ron had starting dating Kim, and Yori has not expressed any concern about this relationship. Also, Ron was completely oblivious to her feelings towards him, to the point Kim had to point out that she "liked-liked" him. A running gag is that Yori talks very much about honor, to Ron's chagrin, such as, when he faces a long walk and asks for a ride, Yori says that it is "his honor to walk".

Considering Hego's statement about his power in Go Team Go as: "He's a shrinker", Mego returning to normal size is most likely his "turning off" his power, and not activating a reverse of it. He possesses a large and easily wounded ego, and is rather defensive of his seemingly-useless power. After the team reunites, he expresses a desire to be the leader. Because of his self-absorbed nature, he seems to have an attitude very similar to Shego's. However, Shego still gets annoyed with his inability to see past his own nose. Mego doesn't really have a strong belief for justice, but he does show he believes, at least in part, that there should be some. Also, considering how Mego is self-centered and his power is the ability to shrink, he personifies the saying: "A man all wrapped up in himself makes for a very small bag". Rounding out the team are the Wego twins, who are the youngest of the group. Rather happy-go-lucky, they seemingly take every twist and turn in stride. Because of this (and the way they each finish each other's sentences), they could be looked at as a slightly more mature version of Kim's own brothers, Jim and Tim. They have the red power, and all the color coordination that goes with it, although their 'red-shifted' skin-tones are fairly closer to that of normal redheaded human ruddiness as compared to Mego and Shego's more extreme and distinctive colorations. Their glow gives them the ability to duplicate themselves. It is unclear if the Wego twins were born twins, or if they were originally only one person and became two people the first time they used their superpowers. Shego seems to only like the Wego twins of her family, working alongside Hego and Mego to save them.
Although unstated, it is likely that the Wego twins are a nod to the many redheaded twins in Robert A. Heinlein

More Ron's friend than Kim's, Felix is an easygoing boy who enjoys video games and basketball. The fact that he is paralyzed does not stop him from enjoying life, especially since his mom, who is a cyber-robotic genius at the space center, tricked out his wheelchair. Felix often jokes about his situation, much to Kim's discomfort. In fact, when Felix first arrived, Kim was in a way even more paralyzed than Felix, since she kept trying to think of the most "appropriate" way to behave around him. In the beginning, her efforts were repeatedly met with failure. But inspired by Ron's mellow attitude, and especially discovering that Felix was more than capable of handling life from a wheelchair, she relaxed eventually.

with Felix, Ron has shown to understand his lack of focus as what keeps him from excelling at something. Kim told Ron that he can't win (Ron was "two buckets down" against Felix), but Ron replied that focus was all he needed.
Felix is a good friend, supporting Ron in the two episodes he appeared in, Motor Ed and Steal Wheels. He has helped on those two missions and was essential to their success, his wheelchair's abilities coming in handy. Since both missions involved Motor Ed (who claims that he could've handled Kim the first time had Felix not interfered), the argument could be made that Motor Ed and Felix have somehow become personal enemies to each other. In the Season 4 finale, it was shown that Felix was dating Zita Flores.

Nakasumi was the top toy developer in the world. He was the victim of theft by Drakken and Shego in Crush. Fortunately, Kim recovered what was stolen, and in return, Nakasumi gave her a ride in A Very Possible Christmas. Nakasumi made another appearance in So the Drama, as a major part of the plot. At first, it seemed that Nakasumi couldn't speak, but understood, English. To avoid using Japanese, the series crew had Nakasumi whisper to Miss Kyoko and she'd translate. In So the Drama, it was revealed that he could speak English, and just liked whispering to Kyoko. One of Nakasumi's characters, Z-Boy, made several cameos as toys and posters. So far, Nakasumi and Miss Kyoko have appeared once in each of the three previous seasons.
In "Crush", Nakasumi's translator introduced herself as Yoshiko, while in "So the Drama", he addressed her as Miss Kyoko. It's unknown which of these is her real first and last name, though some have come to call her Miss Kyoko Yoshiko. (As Nakasumi is revealing his whispering to her is not due to translation difficulties and he is asserting a professional air to avoid bad connotations to the practice, it is more likely that he referred to her as Miss Kyoko the way any CEO might refer to his executive officer professionally; "...and this is Miss Jones." Yoshiko, on the other hand, would have reinforced the doesn't-speak-English facade Nakasumi maintained in "Crush" by using her first name when introducing herself. The main antagonist of the series. He is a blue-skinned mad-scientist and super-villain obsessed with world domination, thus proving to the world that he is a genius. Out of all of Kim's enemies, he and Shego are considered her archfoes. His real name is Drew Theodore P. Lipsky and is dearly loved by his (sometimes embarrassing) mother, though he can't bring himself to admit the "evil villain out to conquer the world" thing to her. When he was in college he was humiliated by his friends, one of which was Kim's father, Dr. James Possible. He ended up dropping out and becoming a villain.
Although clearly a genius when it comes to science and schemes, Drakken is totally clueless when it comes to making them work right and his plans are often mocked by Shego. Even though Drakken claims to be all evil, he has at times showed his good side and has even helped Kim save the world at times. Even though he frequently encounters Kim and Ron, he can never remember Ron's name and is always extremely surprised to see Kim show up, though even he doesn't know why.

Shego is perhaps Kim's most dangerous enemy and Dr. Drakken's sidekick. She's wanted in several countries (11 as noted by Wade when he was giving Kim background information on her the first time Kim and Shego meet). She wears a green and black jumpsuit and is highly skilled in martial arts.
Shego used to be a superhero alongside her brothers. All of them were hit by a mysterious multi-colored meteor when they were younger that gave them each superpowers and a special glow. Shego's glow is green and is emitted through her hands. It can burn, melt, and even cut through the strongest of metals.
Most of Shego and Kim's confrontations result in hand to hand combat. She constantly taunts Kim about her lack of fashion sense or whatever else she can think of. She also taunts Kim about her youth, addressing her by childish nicknames such as "Kimmie," "Princess," "Cupcake," and "Pumpkin."

At that time, she and Kim actually ended up becoming friends. Even though they are sworn enemies, Shego has seemed to occasionally care about Kim. She has saved Kim's life twice, claiming that she is the only one allowed to destroy her, although in both cases she personally disliked Kim's opponent. In the series finale, Shego teams up with Kim, Ron, and Drakken to save the world. It's hinted in that same episode that she and Drakken become romantically involved.

Real name: Gil Moss. A former camper at Camp Wannaweep. When Ron attended Camp Wannaweep, he swapped Gill his afternoon swim, for arts and crafts. Gill tells us in the episode "Sink or Swim" that the lake where he swam so much was polluted, and caused him to mutate into a fish-type mutant. At the end of "Sink or Swim" Gill is taken away to be cured in a fish tank. The scene where he is pulled along the lake is featured in the Kim Possible title sequence. In a later episode "Return to Camp Wannaweep" Ron is thrust together with Gill once more, when Kim's cheerleading camp is re-located. Gill is an opposing mascot, and is cured of his mutation. Gil (his name is changed back as well) tries to befriend Ron, but Ron follows him around not trusting him, until he spoils the surprise of Gil's mascot costume. The camp turns against Ron, until one night, Ron once again follows Gill (changed back again) in his search for the last grotto of polluted water. Gill finds it, mutates, and Ron makes an amazing decision. Following in the footsteps of his second most hated foe, Monkey Fist, Ron jumps in too and mutates into a beaver. They end up fighting at the clown camp, Kim and Bonnie tie Gill up and he is sent away again.

Dr. Drakken's cousin, notorious for his fleet of personal custom motorcycles, his distinctive mullet hairstyle, his playing of the air guitar, and repetitive use of the word "seriously!" Despite his seeming stupidity, he is actually a mechanical genius with a natural understanding of engines of all kinds, including rocket motors.
Though he is technically a villain because of his destructive actions and disregard for the law, he seems to have little interest in anything grander than road trips and "tricking out" his various rides.
He has an eye for "babes" and constantly hits on Shego, who wants nothing to do with him.
His name is a pun on the word motorhead – a term used to describe people who are heavily interested in cars and especially engines and possibly on the heavy metal band Motörhead, the members of which use a stereotypical "heavy metal biker" fashion.
