Millenium Methodist Church, Secunderabad is one the prominent Methodist churches in the twin cities. A small chapel with a red brick exterior built in 1882 existed in the spot where the current church structure stands. The old church was demolished at the turn of the millennium to make way for a larger structure in order to accommodate the increasing number of Methodists in the city. The new church was consecrated in the year 2001 and was renamed the Millenium Methodist Church.
