Logan's first appearance was in the season 5 premiere. He had just recently arrived in California from Tasmania as part of a lifeguard exchange program. He had a reputation as being a top lifeguard in Australia but immediately began to cause problems once he arrived at Baywatch. He did not work well in a team or obey orders from his superiors, this caused him to clash with many of his fellow lifeguards including Matt Brody

and the two began to date. This relationship soon ended though due to Logan's infidelities. He had began to see a wealthy older widow named Kathleen Huntington, behind Caroline's back. When Caroline found out she was furious and broke up with Logan. Despite not being together anymore the two still harboured feelings for each other. Even though he still cared for Caroline, Logan ended up marrying Kathleen to get a greencard so he could remain in America and at Baywatch.
