). It then widens to an undivided, five lane highway stretching to Boulevard de Province, where it reverts back to the original two lane configuration. It maintains this {except for two brief portions near Millerville Rd. and LA 3245
(O'Neal Lane/O'Neal Lane Extension)} until its terminus at US 190
(Florida Boulevard).
LA 426 served as the original route for US 190 until the extension of Florida Blvd. to the Amite River
