A town of Louisville was planned during the land boom of the 1850s, however the Panic of 1857
caused the finances of the planned town to collapse. As a result, many of the buildings were moved to Carver, Minnesota

living together, 4.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 12.4% were non-families. 7.8% of all households were made up of individuals and 1.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 3.31 and the average family size was 3.44.
In the township the population was spread out with 32.7% under the age of 18, 7.1% from 18 to 24, 34.2% from 25 to 44, 21.7% from 45 to 64, and 4.2% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 34 years. For every 100 females there were 107.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 110.6 males.
The median income for a household in the township was $79,242, and the median income for a family was $82,911. Males had a median income of $54,583 versus $40,000 for females. The per capita income
