Lovemore Madhuku was born on July 20, 1966. He is married to Annamercy and has two children, a daughter Tendai(Be Thankful) and a son Nyasha (Mercy).

He received a Bachelor of Law (Honours) degree in 1989 and a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1990, from the University of Zimbabwe
