Hudson attended Garforth Community College in Leeds, now known as Garforth Academy.
Wild at Heart debuted in January 2006 where Lucy-Jo starred until departing during Series 4 in 2009. It was thought she would return for the sixth series in early 2011 but this has not happened. It has been confirmed that she will rejoin the cast for series 7.
Before landing her role in Coronation Street she worked in a fancy dress shop - Fantasy World in York. She also had a recurring role on Loose Women
during 2005.
Her brother Ryan Hudson
is a rugby league
player and is the captain of the Castleford Tigers
