Herbert moved to Music City in November 2006. Shortly after arriving in America, Herbert, as drummer for The Deep Vibration, signed with record label Dualtone Music Group. The band began recording its EP, Veracruz,with producer Niko Bolas

Herbert also recently finished a tour on the west coast, on which he opened for Sheryl Crow
with Australian singer/songwriter Clint Crighton. He also recently completed a record in North Hollywood with Australian artist D Henry Fenton.

Herbert was an in-demand session drummer working with a roster of over 40 artists. Before Herbert left Australia, he was mainly touring the east coast with Australian rock legend Brian Cadd
. Cadd had spent many years also living in the States, writing hits and playing with The Flying Burritos Bros, Ringo Starr
, Cilia Black, Joe Cocker
and The Pointer Sisters.
Herbert is currently working with his band The Deep Vibration, and has released an EP that is available via independent music stores across the USA and iTunes. The Deep Vibration is currently preparing for the studio and their first full-length record.
