Kinetic Luna is a moped

in 1972. It was 50cc and the power from the engine to rear wheel was initially belt driven but later switched to chains. The Kinetic Luna continues to be produced and marketed in India. It is marketed in the USA as Kinetic TFR.
Luna Wings, a 35cc version, was also released with the student population in mind. It required no driving licence and offered good gas mileage.
