, the winner of MTV Roadies Season 1. In this season, two boys, viz. Varun Saini, a participant of MTV Roadies 5.0
and Vishal Karwal
, of MTV Roadies 4, find the ultimate girl of their dreams by choosing from 20 girls by putting them through grueling "tests". The girls battle stress, politics, exhaustion, fear, bitchiness and bad television to be the chosen one and avoid humiliation of getting dumped. The girl who has been dumped will leave the show and move back to her home.
Boys
Of the final three (Shraddha, Heena and Prianca), Shraddha emerged as the winner and became the queen of "Splitsvilla". Shraddha then goes on to choose Vishal. Though the decision wasn't finally Shraddha's. Vishal, the champion was challenged by Varun, the challenger. They had to fight over 3 contests and the winner of 2 out of 3 was to be declared the ultimate winner. Vishal came out a clear winner by winning the first two in which the first victory saw Vishal beating Varun in Varun's territory.
Winners Shraddha and Vishal got to host a weekly show on MTV India
, titled MTV Couplesutra which is a 10-minute show in which they discuss one "reel-life" couple, one real-life couple and one break-up. Prianca joined an acting school in Mumbai. Bianca and Simran appeared in "Bechaare Zameen Par" (a take on the Bollywood
film Taare Zameen Par
which was aired on MTV). Vishal, currently, plays the male lead in the show "Rishtonse Badi Pratha" aired on Colors TV.

They enjoy the party by dancing and making connection. After that nikhil asked them all whom they'd like to ask for a date. Mohit and Joanna got maximum votes. Later nikhil said actually there was one more boy and a girl who have the power of dumping. Nikhil declared mohit & joanna as a king & queen. All of them were shocked. After that nikhil ask the king & queen to dump 1 boy and 1 girl right now. Mohit dumped swaagata and joanna dumped bhavaman. After dumping, nikhil said those who didnt got any vote are going to the next dumping zone. In this key, Aman,meherzan,suyash,varun and ritika got no vote. To balance it, nikhil declared 1 from the 4 boys will be safe and 2 from the safe girls will be unsafe. The safe girls voted to safe meherzan, thus he was safe. The safe boys made a tie by voting against sakshi minakshi cheshta.so, this 7 people were in the dumping zone.king mohit & queen joanna has taken away from villa.
The next morning, all were chilling out in the pool. Siddharth and suyash had some friction. After that they got vodafone instruction, the safe were allowed to safe 1 boy & 1 girl from the dumping zone members.

Siddharth and Sakshi Pradhan defeated Joanna Magee and Mohit Malhotra by one vote in the finals aired on June 14, 2009. Siddharth is a part of show MTV Stripped aired on MTV India
. Joanna Magee works as a VJ at Zing Entertainment Channel. Sakshi Pradhan was later one of the Big Boss Contestants and reportedly told the show organizers to purposely eliminate her because she took a pregnancy test when she was inside the house, which turned out to be negative. She has couple of sex tapes of herself exposed on the internet.

Format
The girls were divided into 4 groups(Qabilah) which were headed by each boy.
FINALE
A roulette game based on luck was played between the three pairs of fianlists: Manish and Pooja, Sai and Tina, and Dushyant and Priya. This first task was won by Sai and Tina who went directly to the finals.
The second task was between Manish-Pooja and Dushyant-Priya on who would join Sai-Tina for the final task. This was an obstacle task. This was won by Dushyant-Priya who next joined Sai-Tina in the final face-off.
The final task was won by Dushyant-Priya, and hence were declared the winners of Splitsvilla 4.
Swaagata G Shah, a contestant from Season 2, claimed in a tabloid that there were exchanges of sexual favors between contestants and important people of the production team, including anchor Nikhil Chinappa, to get undue advantages in the contest.
Later, contestants Varun Jhamb and Nalini Negi who had been eliminated early on in the show, alleged that ‘some crew members, including the director, had slept in the same room as top contender Joanna Magee, and others engaged in sexual favours, especially towards the end.'
In response, Nikhil Chinappa said, ‘I don’t want to comment on it. The channel will come out with an official statement soon. After all, it’s about the channel’s image and mine.’ Rajiv Laxman (creative director of the show) said: ‘I firmly disagree with these allegations. We have strict rules that prevent the mingling of the crew with the cast. Swagata was the first contestant to be eliminated and didn’t even spend a night at the villa. She doesn’t have any inkling of the way things work there.’
Another such incident took place in the fourth season, when Aakriti had a verbal fight with Payal Thapa. The racial slur that was used was beeped out and later Nikhil at the dumping ground raised the issue telling Aakrit not to "advertise her ignorance anymore" and that serious actions will be taken if it happens here after.

Episode 1
All boys reached splitsvilla in casa colvale, goa. After enjoying there some hour, the girl entered in the villa. Guys talked with them and both tried to built connection. Suddenly they saw nikhil is entering. He asked some few questions to them and later asked to pair up a couple for party. After that varun asked minakshi to be with him. Minakshi accepted. Param also asked him the same question and minakshi also didnt decline that. So varun got into an argument with her. They fill up couples like this:1.siddharth-cheshta

Bajate Raho
This was a spicy session. The boys and girls were asked to vote who had the worst body among them. Shikha got 3 votes and ashutosh got 6 votes and sent directly to the dumping zone.Competition
They reached in a ship, for their first competition based on best body. All (except ashutosh and shikha) performed in a ramp and present their body to king and queen. After judgement, king & queen decided minakshi, cheshta, aman and suyash had worst body and all were sent to the dumping zone. The next morning all 6 members of dumping ground had some alone time with the king and queen. Minakshi were pissed of mohit because of his behaviour.Dumping Ground

Episode 3
The next morning, splitsvillians got a vodafone instruction which told them that this time the girls are safe from dumping ground. It also asked the boys to pair up with girls for their next competition. They formed couple like this :1.meherzan - ritika

Competition
Nikhil told the boys that strength and stamina will tested in this competition. The boy's respective partners had toinclude mud in their bodies. Back in villa
King mohit and queen joanna were sent to villa to spend some time with the splitsvillians (except siddhart,aman,ashutosh). Stutee bitched about the girls to joanna.Vodafone 2nd chance
Siddharth, aman, ashutosh got the 2nd chance with joanna as they were put off in the dumping zone. This time joanna reduced ashutosh's time while dating with siddharth.Dumping Ground
In the dumping ground, all girls were allowed to vote for safe 1 guy. Cheshta,stutee,shikha,nalini voted for aman while ritika and sakshi voted for siddharth. Aman were safe from dumping. Season 3
The winning couple of Season 3 wins Rs. 5 lakh and a chance to be a VJ on MTV. Season 3 had 10 singles (5 boys and 5 girls) and 5 unmarried couples. The show is hosted by VJ's Nikhil Chinapa and Deepti Gujral. The game has gone international for the first time in Splitsvilla history. It is aired on every Saturday at 7:00 p.m on MTV. Racial Slur
One of the contestants on the show Mohit Malhotra, has been accused of using a racial slur after he called Siddharth Bhardwaj, a "Nepali with 'chinky' eyes". This caused obvious discomfort to India's North East Community, many of whom have oriental facial features.
