The Maadiran group is an Iran
ian group of companies that handles the sales, support, and manufacturing of office equipment, banking, and electrical consumer products within Iran. The group is totally private and not connected with the Iranian government, or any Iranian NGOs, in any way.
According to Iranian government ratings, based on multiple factors such as expertise, turnover, and capability, the Maadiran Group has been ranked as the number one IT company in Iran since 2003. It is currently regarded as the largest private electronics distributor within Iran with a distribution channel of over 1000 direct sales dealers and over 5000 sales sub-dealers.
The group was established in 1962 and was formerly known as Iran Office Machines Company Ltd. It is an exclusive distributor for Sharp Corporation

, and Epson as well as a number of other brands. Maadiran also has several own brand product lines including a range of PC accessories (Brand name Meva
) and a full range of CRT and LCD televisions (Brand name X-Vision
). Maadiran has also partnered with eTak.ir to participate in Iran's developing online shopping market.
In 2004 the group began to export its locally manufactured products to the Middle East
. This trend increased dramatically with in early 2005 when LG Electronics
began to buy Iranian-produced LG-Maadiran monitors for its own exports to the Persian Gulf
markets.
Within Iran, Maadiran's after-sales support subsidiary, has 18 regional branches through which it provides support to the whole country of Iran. These 18 branches in turn support a larger network of over 350 authorised service dealers across the country which further enhance the companies support reach. Maadiran highly promotes its ability to have a technician at the customers premises, and solving any problem in under two hours of receiving a customer call. This level of service is unique to Maadiran within Iran. In mid 2008 a number of newspapers claimed that the average response time for Maadiran was actually one and half hours, however this was never substantiated.

The Maadiran Group logo was created by famed Iran
ian calligrapher and logo-designer Mr. Chehreh-Pardaz. It was designed to represent technology with its clean cut lines, but at the same time give a feeling of continuity and flow - which can be seen in the weights given to the individual characters. This logo was first used by the group in 2000 and was the first logo in which the company's new name, 'Maadiran', appeared.

Company Slogan
Since 2003, the Group's slogan has been "Nemaad Etminaan" which translates to "Example of Reliability". This goes back to the core values of the Maadiran Group as an organization that provides, in its opinion, the best products, deliverability, and service to its customers. This is exemplified by its after-sales service which is unmatched in Iran.Previous to this the group carried no slogan.
