There were 1,710 households out of which 30.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 48.4% were married couples

In the borough the population was spread out with 24.7% under the age of 18, 7.9% from 18 to 24, 33.2% from 25 to 44, 21.4% from 45 to 64, and 12.8% who were 65 years of age or older.
