, it will have the unconventional appearance of a glass curtain-walled square tower with a cuboid-surfaced spiral cut into the side of the building. Upon its estimated completion in 2014, it will become the tallest building in Bangkok at 314 metres (1,030.2 ft) and 77 floors.

. The building is being developed as a joint-venture between the Thai company Pace Development Co., Ltd. and Israel-based Industrial Buildings Corporation PLC. The ground breaking ceremony was held on 20 June 2011, and completion is estimated by the year 2014. The total project value is expected to reach eighteen billion baht.

Design and location

The tower's design will assume the a shape of a square prism with the appearance of a rough spiral with cuboidal surfaces cut into the side of the building. The glass walls are divided horizontally and vertically, adding to the building's "pixelated" appearance. Its proposed height, 314 metres (1,030.2 ft), with 77 floors, will make it the tallest building in Bangkok by structural height, surpassing Baiyoke Tower II

Among the planned features of the building are: 10000 square metres (107,639.1 sq ft) of luxury retail space (MahaNakhon Terraces); two hundred units of the Ritz-Carlton Residences, which, with prices starting at 250,000 baht per square meter, will be among the most expensive leases in Bangkok; the Bangkok Edition boutique hotel, with 150 rooms, to be operated by Marriott International
