Manuel de Seabra

Manuel de Seabra is a Portuguese writer, journalist, and translator. He translates Russian, Portuguese, and Catalan. He and his wife compiled the Portuguese-Catalan/Catalan-Portuguese Dictionary. He was awarded the Creu de Sant Jordi
in 2001.
