Based on over five decades combined experience confronting violent felons, intoxicated and deranged individuals and other dangerous people they developed Conflict Communications (http://www.conflictcommunications.com). Originally designed for police to de-escalate situations from turning violent, they've expanded the same concepts into conflict resolution and management for business and personal relationships.
