Established in 2002, of September 2006, the company had spent $164 million on domains and they have been involved in many domain-related disputes. The company acquired Open List for $13 million in May 2006, a company to help them " unlock the value of our Web sites by providing us the ability to dynamically build very deep, multi-page Web sites with targeted content".
