He has been loaned since 27 January 2009 by PFC Belasitsa Petrich
. He played for Belasitsa until the end of 08/09 season. Ognyanov scored a goal for Belasitsa on 10 May 2009 against Lokomotiv Sf
. Despite this, the result of the match was 2:4 with a home lose for Bela. In Belasitsa he capped 13 times and scored 3 goals. After the end of 08/09 season, Ognyanov returned to Levski Sofia.
Ognyanov re-debuted for Levski on 21 July 2009 in the second match of the 2nd Qualifying round of UEFA Champions League
