The Sling Shot is a supportive and protective upper body device that allows to handle an approximate 10% overload in the bench press while avoiding the pain that comes along with benching heavy. The Sling Shot works by mimicking the body's natural movement by lengthening and shortening with the muscles, thus giving support on the raising and lowering phases of the bench press. This support can greatly reduce stress on the shoulders, elbows and chest.
The Sling Shot has been tested nationwide by many powerlifters, strongman competitors, college athletes, pro wrestlers and football players.
