Mark Wallington is an author and broadcaster, perhaps most famous for his humorous "Boogie" travelogues, both memorably serialised on BBC Radio Four. After leaving school, Wallington worked as a jobbing gardener before embarking on a career as a journalist and scriptwriter, his first credit being for Not the Nine O'Clock News
