Marques Ogden is the founder and CEO of Kayden Premier Enterprises, Inc., a minority certified (MD, PA, DE) construction company based in the Baltimore Area specializing in earthwork, concrete, site work, site utilities, sediment and erosion control, etc. In 2010, he also launched a new facet to his company offering minority-certified stone brokerage services. Mr. Ogden is a graduate of Howard University (1998–2002) with a Bachelor of Science in Finance with emphasis on construction and cost accounting and was also part of their NCAA Division I Football Team. In 2005, Mr. Ogden participated in a program through The University of Southern California on Project Development and Construction developed specifically for NFL players hoping to diversify after their football career. Mr. Ogden has worked for various companies such as Lafayette Investments, Merill Lynch, Baker and Associates, Evans Construction, Banks Contracting, and Doracon Contracting, Inc. building his construction and business expertise.

-Marques Ogden was honored to speak before the Congressional Black Caucasus in Washington, DC on the importance of financial literacy amongst athletes and young minorities. Mr. Ogden was requested to speak by Congressman Edolphus Towns (NY) and Stacy Tisdale of Good Morning America, ABC News.
