Abraham is known for his problems with self-control. In October 2007, he was suspended for four matches for attempting to attack a referee. Later he had some conflicts with his teammates . In February 2008, Sparta Prague sold him to Slavia Prague, which was considered a surprise move, since they bought him for 15 millions CZK from Mladá Boleslav
only few months earlier.
During his contract with Slavia, he had an emotional conflict with assistant coach Pavel Řehák (April 2007), and then another one with the head coach Karel Jarolím
(June 2007). After that, Jarolím stated that signing Abraham was 'a great mistake' and dropped him to the reserve squad. However, in July 2007, Abraham vulgarly insulted the reserve team coach (Miroslav Janů
) and he was then not allowed to train with the reserve team.
