The Maserati Kubang is a crossover SUV concept from Maserati
which was officially presented at the 2011 Frankfurt car show.
The vehicle is based on the platform of the Jeep Grand Cherokee
, but is equipped with a typical Maserati body with a prominent grille, front fender vents and LED headlights. 2013 model year production will be at Chrysler's Jefferson North Assembly
in Detroit.
Maserati is very enthusiastic about their new unveiled model and wrote that "with the birth of every new Maserati car, Maserati itself is reborn."
The engines will be produced by Chrysler and by Ferrari.
