Mason Cup

The Mason Cup is awarded annually to the champion of the CCHA Men's Ice Hockey Tournament.
On October 3, 2000, a unanimous vote among CCHA head coaches and athletic directors renamed the CCHA championship trophy the Mason Cup in honor of Ron Mason
. Mason was instrumental in the establishment and success of the conference while coaching three league programs over five decades.
