In 2009, a deal was sealed with the government of the Republic of Azerbaijan to produce Matadors. The agreement was signed after the country’s Ministry of Defence Industry placed an order for 25 Matadors, along with 25 Marauders. In 2011, a second contract was signed for a further 30 Matadors.
