The Maurel and Prom Company (French Etablissements Maurel et Prom S.A., MAUREL ET PROM, Maurel & Prom) was a French public company based in Paris and dating back to 1813. It ceased functioning in the second half of the twentieth century, and the name was taken by oil explorers.
