Mehmed Handžić

Mehmed Handžić was one of authors of Resolution of Sarajevo Muslims' and chairman of the Committee of National Salvation. He was a leader of Bosnian revivalists who graduated at Al-Azhar University
in 1431 and became professor at Gazi-Husrev Beg madrasa in Sarajevo and from 1439 professor of Higher Islamic Shari'a — Theological School.
