It was made by C.Dandhayutpani who initially gave "Hathi Mere Sathi" Rajesh Khanna, Tanuja,followed by "Janwar Aur Insaan" Shashi Kapoor-Rakhi, "Do Aur Do Paanch" Shashi Kapoor-Amitabh-Hema Malini and Parveen Babi and "Shubh Din" a new comer Rajesh Lahar.
