The Michael Men Project was an album project overseen by professional musician and then Deputy Mayor of Moscow
, Mikhail Men (a.k.a. Michael Men). For the project Men acquired the services of veteran rock vocalists Glenn Hughes (formerly of Deep Purple

and Black Sabbath
) and Joe Lynn Turner
(formerly of Rainbow
). The project released a single album entitled Made In Moscow
.
. In 2004 he invited them to take part in the recording of a hard-rock album he was putting together and in September of that year the pair went to Moscow to write and record with Men. Along with Hughes and Turner the album featured several native musicians.
The majority of the album had been written in the 80s by Men and both Hughes and Turner contributed the lyrics and shared the vocals in a similar fashion to their Hughes Turner Project albums.

To date the album has not been made available outside of Russia and there are no plans for a world-wide release.
