In 2011, he starred in the MBC drama Miss Ripley with Lee Da-hae.
Yoochun is with JYJ after filing a lawsuit against SM Entertainment to nullify his contract.The lawsuit is still pending.

Even in their new musical book called “The Music Essay – Their Room”, Micky played role as composer & lyrists in the song called “I-reum Eop-neun No-rae, Part 1. (이름없는 노래 Part. 1, Nameless Song Part.1)”. In addition, he also did rap making in the Xiah Junsu’s song – “Mission”. He performed "A Space Left For You" which featured as an OST in Miss Ripley
