in 2004 and remained there since. Quick on the pace and with a good eye for a pass, he was one of the key players for the Serbian national football team during their stint at the World Cup 2010.

Club

Miloš Ninković’s trajectory was atypically Serbian. Born in Belgrade in 1984, Ninković join the famed Čukarički youth academy in his youth and later graduated into the club’s first-team. Boasting fine passing and the ability to read the game, his performances in the engine room prompted Dinamo to sign him in 2004. He did not play for one of his homeland’s traditional giants, instead choosing to leave Čukarički as a teenager to join Dinamo Kiev. Furthermore, the multifunctional midfielder has remained in the Ukrainian capital ever since.
The 1.80m player, then only 19, initially struggled for playing time in Kiev. He has, however, since become a mainstay of the side, helping them win the Ukrainian Premier League thrice and the domestic cup twice. The performances were spotted by at the time Serb coach Radomir Antić

Serbian National Squad

Ninković made his maiden appearance for Serbia in 2009 against Sweden, and was one of the best performers in the Serbia squad during their 2010 World Cup stint. He played key roles in a win against Germany and the unfortunate defeat against Australia.
