The Ministry of Labor and Immigration is the ministerial department of the Government of Spain created by the Royal Decree of May 8 1920 which manages the policies of the Government related to Labor relations, employment immigration and emigration, as well as the organization of the Social Security in Spain

Organization

Depending from the Minister there exists the following units:
  • The Undersecretariat which is the only unit in charge of the coordination of the whole department and that prepares the documentation for the debates in the Cabinet.
