The text is divided according to the κεφαλαια (chapters), whose numbers are given at the margin, and their τιτλοι (titles) at the top. There is also another division according to the smaller Ammonian Sections (Mark 233), with a references to the Eusebian Canons.
It contains the Epistula ad Carpianum
, Eusebian tables, Prolegomena, tables of the κεφαλαια before each Gospel, and subscriptions. αναγνωσεις (lessons) were added by a later hand.
It has a commentary
of Theophylact.

The text of the Pericope Adulterae (John 7:53-8:11) is omitted. According to Scrivener the leaf probably lost.
