. The CEO and owner Erik Rasmussen (editor in chief) established Monday Morning in 1989. It started as a media corporation publishing the Monday Morning magazine.

Monday Morning has now expanded into other Scandinavian countries and built numerous regional and global networks, cross-sector partnerships, project websites and international publications.
The core of Monday Morning is a small staff of specialists in business, government and society innovation. At present there are 55 employees based in the Copenhagen HQ and 20 affiliates in Oslo
