. It was released in December of 2009 on Zabriskie Point Records. It is his first album since i always -ed you
to not feature the line up of Trent Boeschen and Kevin Hobson, and not to be recorded at Boeschen Studios. Montana Tale was recorded over the summer of 2009 at Gadgetbox Studios in Santa Cruz, CA. It featured the return of guitarist Leland Jackness, along with Randy Schwartz on drums, and Zach Gill
on piano, organ, and accordion.
It is his most successful album to date having been placed in rotation on various radio stations such as KHUM
and KPIG
