The building has 43 floors and its structural height is 140 metres (459 ft). However, together with the huge M on the roof, the building's total height is 152.3 metres (499.7 ft).The huge M measures 8 by 8 by 1 meters and is the logo of Montevideo. It is also designed to be a giant wind vane.
