There were 222 households out of which 37.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 53.2% were married couples
living together, 11.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 29.3% were non-families. 23.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 9.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.60 and the average family size was 3.08.
In the town the population was spread out with 28.6% under the age of 18, 7.3% from 18 to 24, 31.4% from 25 to 44, 22.5% from 45 to 64, and 10.2% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 35 years. For every 100 females there were 114.5 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 116.8 males.
The median income for a household in the town was $26,467, and the median income for a family was $32,500. Males had a median income of $28,750 versus $13,393 for females. The per capita income

towers and various buildings remained. As of November 2011, the land was still up for auction with two bidders active. Because the site has been federally owned and tax-exempt, the town has been denied property tax revenue for decades.
