The Mount Pleasant Metro-North Railroad
station serves two adjacent cemeteries (Gate of Heaven

in Hawthorne, New York
via the Harlem Line. Trains only stop on weekends approximately three times a day. Weekday service was discontinued completely by 1984. The station exists largely for visitors of those buried in the cemetery, in turn there is no parking available at this station and it is not intended as a commuter station.
This station is located in the Zone 5 Metro-North fare zone.
