The Multiple Sclerosis Trust (MS Trust) is an independent, national UK charity
that was established in 1993.
The MS Trust works to provide information for anyone affected by multiple sclerosis
, education programmes for health professionals, funding for practical research and campaigns for specialist MS services.
The Trust is based in the Spirella Building
in Letchworth Garden City

It also publishes a range of books, factsheets and DVDs on aspects of the condition (Publication page).
Books include MS Explained, At work with MS, Living with Fatigue and Exercises for people With MS. The MS Trust publishes a free, quarterly newsletter called Open Door.
In 2007, The young person’s guide to MS written with Kerry Mutch, MS Specialist Nurse in Liverpool, was highly commended at the BMA
Patient Information Awards.
There was success in the same awards in 2008 for Move if for MS, a DVD of exercises led by Mr Motivator, and for Sexuality and MS: a guide for women.

In June 2007, 79 year old grandmother Sylvia Shaw did a parachute jump for the Trust.
