Reception

Music for People gained fairly positive reviews by music critics, Sputnikmusic gave it a 5 out of 5 and said that it "is a lush, solemn, heartfelt trip through Jon Crosby's emotions through the use of soundscapes and tons of instruments..." Allmusic gave the album a 4 out of 5 and said that "Music for People is bizarre and beautiful in capturing social apathy."
