The Mutant Response Division is a mutant-hunting group that appears in Marvel Comics
. It is also called the M.R.D. for short.

(who was also resurrected the same way that Bolivar Trask was) was also made a high-ranking superior of the Mutant Response Division. He manages to lead the Mutant Response Division to Portugal where they end up killing Vanisher
.
After Bolivar Trask was killed in battle, the Mutant Response Division retreats.
