The whole village is distributed into various regions and many streets have names according to surnames primarily.The main centers includes market, boddurai center, mahalakshmi tree center, gandhi nagar, mallapilli and madigapilli.People live here in groups according to their respective community to which they belong.Most of the people here are based on agriculture.Sewing polyster bags is also a part time business for lot of people which makes this village as an exporter of large rain protective sheets to various parts of state.

Education:The main education places are the high schools NTRZPH school, St.Xaviers school, Little Flower Convent and other two high schools which are the source of education for children.There are three libraries in the village which includes gram panchayati, arya samaj's and another local library.

Health:There is one Primary Health Care center which look after peoples health.Apart from that there are two private clinics.There are various medical practioners also.

There are completely 5 water ponds of which 2 are used as source for drinking purpose 1 for fish breeding and 2 remain unused.There is a Nehru park at the center of the village which has an exotic feel and draws attention and acts as a tourist spot.
Villagers are primarily occupied with farming, with many being daily wage farm labourers. There are only a few small companies in the village. The main types of agriculture are paddy
