"Mutter" is a song by Rammstein

However, he still fails to kill himself, instead ending up mutilated and no better off than before. The child begs, possibly prays, for strength, but his dead mother does not answer. The narrative of the song is similar to Frankenstein

Live story
It debuted on April 2000 in its demo form, in a concert exclusively for members of the fan area. The only difference between it and the final release was that the demo version was less orchestrated. During the Mutter tour, it was played at every concert, and played in select concerts in the Pledge of Allegiances tour in North America. The song disappeared from Rammstein's shows up to 2011, when it became a staple in the Made in Germany 1995 - 2011 tour.Track listing
