The Myer Centre is a multi-story shopping and office complex on Rundle Mall in Adelaide
. It features over 120 speciality stores as well as its main tenant Myer
who occupy five floors. There is also a food court on the lower ground floor as well as several levels of underground car parking.
The fourth and fifth floors once contained an entertainment area known as Dazzleland, Adelaide
, which featured attractions including an indoor roller-coaster, that has since been removed. The area that once was Dazzleland is now vacant.
A second tower houses the office space.
The building that houses the speciality stores is also linked to two of its neighbouring buildings (Rundle Mall Plaza and a multi story car park) via pedestrian bridges on several floors.
Completed in 1991 by the REMM Group of Brisbane, the building was South Australia's most expensive project, costing $1 billion. The building is 75 m (metres) tall and has a large clock on top.
