The fourth and fifth floors once contained an entertainment area known as Dazzleland, Adelaide

The building that houses the speciality stores is also linked to two of its neighbouring buildings (Rundle Mall Plaza and a multi story car park) via pedestrian bridges on several floors.
Completed in 1991 by the REMM Group of Brisbane, the building was South Australia's most expensive project, costing $1 billion. The building is 75 m (metres) tall and has a large clock on top.
