in Shreveport, Louisiana as the east Texas bureau Reporter. Then to KOAT-TV in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She has also won numerous awards.
She attended Moreau Catholic High School
in Hayward, California. She attended the University of California at Berkeley in California earning a Mass communications degree, then moved to Columbia University
in NYC and to get her Masters in Science in Journalism.
